We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and staging orders for the Assembly team while maintaining safety and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, the ability to interpret work instructions, and a willingness to operate various tools and equipment. Onsite training is provided for forklift and crane operation. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and can manage physical tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders for the Assembly team according to assigned tickets.
• Follow safety standards.
• Maintain efficient productivity requirements.
• Stage completed carts in their designated areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, measure, and compute basic equations.
• Ability to read and interpret reports and work instructions.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other lifting equipment. Onsite Training Provided.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, general fabrication tools, and various measuring devices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
