Painter

Join our team as an Industrial Painter/Powder Coater and play a key role in prepping and painting parts with precision, efficiency, and safety—all while maintaining high-quality standards. Whether you have experience or are looking to learn, we provide training to help you succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep and paint parts while following safety and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Follow established quality standards and processes throughout the facility.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on painting equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized paint area.
  • Safely operate forklifts (certification training provided).
  • Use hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifikationen:

  • Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or GED (no prior painting experience required; training provided).
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
