The Customer Service Associate supports Infinity Machine & Engineering by managing upgrades, shipments, and customer service tasks. This role ensures accurate processing of upgrade orders, timely international and domestic shipments, and serves as a backup for sales order processing and phone support. This role operates in a fast-paced manufacturing office environment where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, organized, and capable of multitasking while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipments & Logistics: Coordinate and process domestic and international shipments, including documentation, freight arrangements, and customs compliance, while ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, tracking, and on-time delivery.
- Upgrade Orders & Manuals: Process and track upgrade orders through fulfillment, maintain and distribute updated manuals and technical documentation, and ensure customers receive the most current upgrade information.
- Sales Order Support: Create reports for customer checkouts and support sales with order processing.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order execution and provide timely updates on order and shipment status to both internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, shipping/logistics, order processing, or related operations role a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication skills, and
- time-management skills
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and export compliance is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant changes and shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
