Software Developer Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to address complex business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates MUST be willing to commute to our facility in De Pere, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).

2. Design and Architecture: Design and architect software systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

3. Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting applications to ensure optimal performance.

4. Documentation and Compliance: Develop comprehensive documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and operating procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in control system design and implementation.

5. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and IT specialists, to execute projects efficiently. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.

6. Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to various manufacturing sites for onsite testing and commissioning activities.


·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

·         Proven experience as a Software Programmer or similar role.

·         Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.

·         Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·         Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
